How to Deal with Email to Increase Your Productivity
Do you know how to work with your email inbox to maximize your productivity?
Create folders in your inbox to temporarily hold documents. Some examples might be names of people you regularly get emails from, companies you deal with, people you get newsletters from, action folders such as answer, phone, waiting for response. If you create these folders, each day as you read your email, you can decide where the messages go. Hopefully most of them will be deleted. If not, then put them in a folder suggested above.
