Flexible Warrior Offers Charity Yoga Classes

Donations will benefit the Knights of Heroes, an organization servicing those who lost their fathers in military service.

The Flexible Warrior, also known as Karen Dubs, is offering charity yoga classes at local fitness studios in November and December.

Dubs asks interested participants to donate at least $15 per class to benefit Knights of Heroes, a group supporting those who lost their fathers as a result of military service.

"100% of your donation will go to Knights of Heroes, allowing children who have lost their father in military service the opportunity to attend a camp that will lift their spirits, connect with other kids who share their challenges, and inspire them to rise up despite their loss," Dubs wrote in an email.
