2 Teens Charged Over Armed April Carjacking: Police
Two arrests were made in connection with an armed carjacking that took place in late April near the Towson Town Center, police said.
TOWSON, MD — Two teenagers are facing multiple charges over an armed carjacking that was reported in late April near the Towson Town Center.
A release issued by the Baltimore County Police Department identified the individuals as a 16-year-old boy and 18-year-old Gregory Bishop.
Police said the 16-year-old "has been waived to adult status."

The pair are facing the following charges:
- Armed carjacking
- First-degree assault
- Armed robbery
- Unlawful taking of a motor vehicle

Authorities said the charges stemmed from the armed carjacking that took place April 25 at the 800 block of Dulaney Valley Road.
The encounter, police said, saw the two teens hold a man at gunpoint as his car was being stolen.
Both individuals are being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center.
