• 73-year-old man sentenced to life for rapes of 5 Baltimore County women in 1970s, 1980s (cbsnews.com) — Residents of Cockeysville are learning that a 73-year-old man has been sentenced to life in prison for a series of rapes committed against five women in Cockeysville between 1978 and 1986. Investigators used preserved forensic evidence and modern DNA analysis to link him to attacks that occurred within a one-mile radius, finally closing a decades-old chapter for survivors and the community.
