• Drought Pushes Baltimore to Blend Susquehanna River Water Into Taps, and Some Residents May Notice a Taste Change (medicaldaily.com) — If you live in Cockeysville, your tap water now includes a blend of Susquehanna River and reservoir water because of ongoing drought, which may slightly change taste or color but remains safe, officials say. Only Montebello system customers are affected, and residents are urged to report any fuel-like odors and keep conserving water through shorter showers, fixing leaks, and delaying lawn watering.
