The woman had accepted a ride to her office from a man in Silver Spring.

A Silver Spring woman escaped her kidnapper on Sunday by jumping out of his moving vehicle in Parkton.
The woman accepted a ride to her job from a stranger in Silver Spring at around 1 p.m. on Dec. 11, according to Baltimore County police. She fell asleep in the man's light blue four-door sedan and awoke to the man rubbing her leg.
She told the man to let her out of the car, but he refused and told her he was taking her to his house, said Detective Cathy Batton, a police spokeswoman. The woman then jumped out of the moving vehicle, which continued to drive away on Stablers Church Road in Parkton.
