Shooting In Hunt Valley Injures 1: Police

Baltimore County police said that the shooting victim was expected to survive.

HUNT VALLEY, MD — One person was wounded in a shooting Saturday night in Hunt Valley, according to the Baltimore County Police Department.

The man was hospitalized following the shooting, police said. His injuries were not believed to be life-threatening, according to officials.

The incident took place in the area of Shawan at York Roads before midnight, WBAL reported.

The victim appeared to have been targeted, according to WBAL; the shooting was not believed to be a random act.
