The Gizmo Invention Show at Hereford Library

Thirst 'n' Howl Musical Productions, a Baltimore based educational touring theatre company will be presenting its Gizmo Invention show for elementary school age readers of the Hereford Library and their families on Monday November 18 at 6pm. Edutaining young potential inventors since 1995, this interactive musical presentation with Debi Wynn and Ellis Woodward showcases inventors who changed the world around them in hopes of inspiring the next great inventors of the 21st century. Audience members will assist with assembly line and science of flight demonstrations. Children will discover conversation tools before cell phones and learn how to make an old fashion communication device.  It's a STEM and history supporting hour of old-fashioned fun kicked off with our song "Once Upon a Time in the USA" that takes the audience out of the 21st century and transports them to the era before computers, iPods, air conditioning, TV's and fast food favorites.

Thirst 'n' Howl Musical Productions has been sharing its original musical hours with audiences of all ages for over a decade.  Writers and performers Debi and Ellis have taken their invention show to schools, summer camps libraries, and community organizations to share with children how different life was for kids over 150 years ago. This touring theatre company has been serving as the theatre-in-residence at the Glenn L. Martin Maryland Aviation Museum in Middle River, sharing its aviation musicals "Right Place, Right Time, Wright Brothers", "Rosie" and "The Flying Dude" with Museum audiences.

Come on out to the Hereford Library for this fun musical hour and  be among the first in your area to discover what's a "Whojimabob"!
