3 Rescued From School Bus In Sparks: Officials
Three people on a bus stuck in water required rescue near Sparks Tuesday morning, Baltimore County public safety officials said.

SPARKS, MD — Swift water rescuers have freed three people from a school bus stuck in flood waters in Sparks Tuesday morning. Two adults and one child were aboard the Baltimore County Public Schools bus, according to authorities.
Crews were dispatched before 7:45 a.m. to the 1100 block of Lower Glencoe Road, where the bus was reportedly stuck in the water.
First responders got to the bus before 8 a.m. to make the rescue and had freed the victims by 8:10 a.m., authorities said.
