 The Town of Brentwood and the Prince George's County Redevelopment Authority, in conjunction with the Gateway Community Development Corporation, invite you to join the Landex Companies/Brentwood Team to its second out of three planned community pre-design workshops/discussions to solicit public comments on the proposed designs of the former Northeastern Plumbing Supply building, located at 3807 Rhode Island Avenue, in Brentwood, MD.   

The discussion/ workshop will focus on the concepts and criteria of the project. The meeting will be held at the Brentwood Town Hall:

Background Information:
The Prince George's County Redevelopment Authority selected a proposal from the Landex Companies for development at the 3807 Rhode Island Avenue site. Landex's proposal is for mixed-use development.

  

Further shaping of the proposal must be in line with the following planning documents:
1. Brentwood Town Center plan   
2. Gateway Arts District Sector Plan
