There will be a support group program "Eat to Live". All who are desiring to change their Lifestyle and "Eat to Live" rather than Live to Eat are invited to attend -- invite your friends and family to join us. After the initial orientation meeting, our group will meet every Sunday evening for six weeks. Books and other resources will also be available for order/purchase after the meetings. We will begin with an overview of the program including the do's, don'ts, why's and whynot's. We will discuss goals and expectations and share experiences and other information that will help us to work together to achieve our individual goals (from weight loss, getting off of medication, lowering cholesterol, blood pressure, or just to adopt a more stable dietary routine). So, please come motivated and ready to get started. Our weekly meetings will include the sharing of our successes, short comings, hints, tips, encouragements, recipe swaps, taste tests and more. Depending on the situation, some natural remedies may be recommended or even available at some of our meetings.
