On Our Own of Prince George's County is a friendly place. Our center provides support from peers who understand you and have common goals. We offer HOPE, information, and assistance navigating the mental health system. We promote opportunity within the community to advocate for people like ourselves that have mental health needs. We offer workshops and activities that promote Wellness and Recovery.
Join Us, Saturday May 12th- Daphne Klein has made special arrangements for a workshop with Musical Minds. Andy Goldenson and his talented wife, Sabrina, will teach you about rhythm and melody. Andy and Sabrina's workshop will have you singing, dancing and playing music together. Learn how music can heal you!! You'll be rockin in your recovery once you listen to our collective sound. No experience necessary!!
