times for their new venture. For many it ends in failure, even if they have a great idea or technology. Entrepreneurs often feel overwhelmed with many aspects of doing business and lack the critical tools to successfully move forward.  At NPO Global we believe  that for real long-term success, all founders need to embrace the “Triple Bottom Line” as a road-map for all aspects of their business strategy and doing business.

The “Triple Bottom Line” is an approach or framework for measuring corporate performance against economic, social and environmental parameters. What many companies don’t realize is that many TBL projects can actually have less long-term tangible/intangible costs and can greatly improve their brand.  This seminar is designed to show participants how to cultivate a strong growing TBL culture in every aspect of their business/organization  by embracing TBL as a strategically competitive position.

Day Three- Incorporating Social Enterprise Into Your Non Profit StrategyWednesday May 9th 2012,  Time: 11am-1pm, Single Seminar Cost: $125

This session will cover the elements of a business plan including the major sections that comprise the operational, fundraising/marketing and financial portions of the plan from a strategic focus including potential social enterprise opportunities. Participants will discuss the process for converting strategy into an operational and financial document through a business plan and why a business plan is important for their organizations to revamp their non profit strategy.
