Hyattsville's Fields 4 Valor Farms Featured in AT&T Documentary "RESOLUTION"

Local Organization Giving Back to Veterans and Their Families

On February 1, AT&T held a screening for its original documentary, RESOLUTION, at the new AT&T Forum in Washington, D.C. The documentary highlights organizations that focus on empowering people with disabilities. One such organization is Hyattsville’s own Fields 4 Valor Farms.

Founded by Peter Scott, a veteran Counterintelligence Agent who served in the United States Army for 12 years, Fields 4 Valor Farms (F4V) offers food, education, and employment to veterans, veteran family members, and gold star families. F4V hopes to alleviate financial stress and provide a healthy diet and support to veterans and families recovering from service, injuries, disabilities, and losses. “Anyone who’s had a challenge in life knows it’s important to keep going,” Scott remarked during the screening event in Washington.

With over 50,000 people experiencing disabilities in the U.S., disabled individuals play a larger role in our communities than some may be aware. AT&T understands that accessibility is more than just a word, it’s a commitment, and RESOLUTION is just one way that AT&T is using the power of their network to connect with people in new and exciting ways. The film made its debut on DirecTV’s AUDIENCE Network on Oct. 30 and is currently available On Demand.
