Strategies for Success: Plan to Prosper

My name is Madison Gray and I am an undergraduate student at the University of Maryland College Park. Currently I am also a part of the Rawlings Undergraduate Leadership Program. With a mission to provide young leaders committed to cultural pluralism, advocacy, and change, the resources and skills to do something great, the Rawlings Program has allowed myself and other fellows to spark community action.

I study Philosophy, Sociology, and Public Policy at the University and have a passion for Education Policy Studies. With the tools provided to me from each discipline I have crafted an event to show the people within the Prince Georges County area that their goals, though they may seem hard to reach, are not impossible to accomplish. Armed with valuable information about who the education system serves and under-serves, and how to finance a path to further your understanding of the world around you and the things you love no matter what you have in the bank, you will leave with a plan to prosper.
