Welcome back! If you're reading this, there's a good chance that you're one of the Pepco customers in Hyattsville who, according to the electric company's outage map, are still out of power.

There are still 875 customers in the Hyattsville area reporting outages.

The anger and frustration toward Pepco is evident, but what are we so angry about?
