Bach in Baltimore Presents: Bach's Reformation Celebration

Celebrate the enduring power of faith and music with Bach’s Cantata 80, Ein feste Burg ist unser Gott (“A Mighty Fortress Is Our God”), based on Martin Luther’s beloved hymn. A monumental expression of devotion, it is paired with Bach’s radiant Orchestral Suite No. 3 featuring the famous ”Air” which remains one of the composer’s most recognized melodies. This concert showcases the sacred and celebratory dimensions of Bach’s artistry. The guest conductor for this concert is Phillip Collister. Joining us will be the Maryland State Boychoir. Kids can come for FREE!
