H&H Studios DMV is a Black- and woman-owned, family-run business based in Kensington, Maryland, founded in 2014 with one mission: to empower women to build with confidence and design with intention.

We offer a unique blend of full-service home staging, hands-on power tool workshops, and curated design resources — helping clients transform both their spaces and their skill sets. Whether preparing a property to sell, learning to handle tools, or bringing a DIY vision to life, we’re here to make each step feel accessible, elevated, and empowering.

Our staging services turn houses into homes that sell — fast. With thoughtful design and curated decor, we help potential buyers connect emotionally with every space. From one-room refreshes to full-property transformations, our team ensures each detail tells a story.

Our DIY Power Tool Workshops are led by founder and instructor Sandra Morris, who grew up learning the art of building from her mother. Those early lessons sparked a lifelong passion — and a deep desire to pass that confidence forward to other women. These workshops are designed for all experience levels and focus on real-life, hands-on skills.

We’re also proud to be an official Annie Sloan Chalk Paint® retailer — one of the few in the area. Whether you're refinishing a thrifted dresser or customizing furniture for a staging project, we provide access to the premium paint line loved by DIYers and professionals alike.
