CROSSFIT KIDS PROGRAM AT ROCK CREEK CROSSFIT

Trying to get your kids moving before the holidays? This introduction will give your kids the opportunity to try out our Kids Program and get them ready for our longer program starting in January. Every session will include a warm-up, focus work on a basic functional movement and/or gymnastics skill, a workout, a game, and self-directed reading time. Classes will be structured to give athletes progressive training in gymnastics and strength training as well as increase in confidence and self-esteem. Classes will be limited to 8 athletes per class and are taught by certified CrossFit Kids Instructors.

3-week programing starting DECEMBER 2nd

Little Athletes Ages 5-7 (Tuesdays & Fridays from 5:00-5:30pm) $59 for 6 classes

Young Athletes Ages 8-12 (Tuesdays & Fridays from 5:30-6:15pm) $69 for 6 classes
