Day of the Book Looking for Participants
It's the last day to register at the reduced rate.

Celebrating its seventh anniversary, Kensington's Day of the Book Festival will be back on April 22, bringing together authors, publishers and the local literati.
Today is the last to register for $25. From here on out, registration costs $35. You can sign up on the event's website.
The festival will feature more than 100 local authors, in addition to storytelling, rare book evaluation and activities for kids and adults alike.

Local bands the Nighthawks and JP McDermott and Western Bop will return to serenade festivalgoers, and chess master Allan Savage will take all comers on the board.
