Apple sale. Fresh local apples, cider and preserves will be sold at our annual apple sale. Apple varieties will include Stayman, Red & Golden Delicious, Fuji, Gala, Empire, Granny Smith, Jonagold, Nittany and Honey Crisp. The apples and apple sauce are from Scenic View Orchard in Sabillasville, MD. Fresh cider from Kime's Orchard in Biglerville, PA will also be sold in gallons and half gallons. We will also be offering apple butter and several varieties of preserves from McCutcheon's Orchard near Frederick.
The sale will be held in the church parking lot at 10401 Armory Avenue diagonally across from the Kensington Safeway garage.
