For My Father is the story of a young Palestinian man, Terek, who goes on a suicide mission to Tel Aviv in order to ignite a bomb. His purpose is to restore his father's honor. The bomb vest he is wearing fails and he is left surrounded by Israelis. His experience forces him to question his previous beliefs.
