The Kensington Historical Society Marks the 150th Anniversary of the start of the Civil War!
Come and enjoy music and stories by Matthew Dodd as he takes you back to Civil War times at the next Kensington Historical Meeting, Tuesday, April 26th at St. Paul's United Methodist Church in Kensington. Please come at 7 PM for refreshments in the Heavener Hall on the corner of Mitchell St. and Fawcett St. across from the Kensington Town Hall and parking lot. The program will begin promptly at 7:30 PM, followed by a brief business meeting. KHS is proud to present Matthew Dodd, who will take listeners back in time to the Civil War period using songs and stories (humorous and poignant). The presentation is free and open to all.
