On Sunday, November 6 we will offer Services of Remembrance. The Choir will sing well known classics and works by various American composers. Included will be the "Lacrymosa" from Mozart's "Requiem," "Earthen Treasures" by Jane Marshall, "Hark, I Hear the Harps Eternal" from the Sacred Harp hymnal, "There Will Be Rest" by California composer, Frank Tichelli, and a new song by UU composer Clif Hardin, "We Will Walk Together." Emma Vawter and Susan Griefer will sing the lovely duet, "Pie Jesu" from Andrew Lloyd Webber's "Requiem."
We offer this service in celebration and in loving memory of those loved ones andfriends who have passed.
