Take the kids to White Flint Mall and treat them to a train ride. From 12 to 6 p.m. children can ride the train around the mall for $1.50.

Check out P-Funk at Rockville's Hometown Celebration at . The weekend-long festival features music, dance, food and arts & crafts. George Clinton will start at 7 p.m.
