The <a href="https://kensington.patch.com/tok.md.gov" rel="nofollow">Kensington Town Council</a> is set to meet Monday evening to discuss several topics, introduce a new resolution and welcome State Delegate Alfred Carr:   <ul> <li>Delegate Carr will share some of the possible State legislation to be introduced in 2013.</li> <li>Discussion about permitting wine tasting and camera monitoring of stop signs and time limit restrictions in the Town of Kensington.</li> <li>A resolution authorizing the execution of the salt agreement between Kensington and the State highway Administration will be introduced.</li> </ul>   Note: The public is invited to speak on any subject that is not a topic on the agenda.
