Patch Picks: Cinco De Mayo

Downtown Silver Spring will host its annual Cinco De Mayo street festival from 5 to 8 p.m. extends their patio for the occasion and offers $4 Tex-Mex margaritas, $2 El Diablo shots and specials on hot wings and taquitos. Additionally, the restaurant will give away a $500 gift card to the first person who finishes the Slopper—a round tortilla ball full of cheese, meat and sauce.
