Safeway Recalls Ground Beef Sold on Nov. 28

The meat may contain plastic or ink from a pen.

Kensington's  is recalling ground beef sold on Nov. 28, 2010. The 220 pounds of beef sold on that day may contain pieces of plastic and/ or ink from a pen, according to Business Wire.

The "sell by" date is Nov. 30, 2010. The recalled meat is packaged in black Styrofoam trays and were displayed in the self-service meat cooler. Customers who have purchased ground beef on Nov. 28 should dispose of the item or return it to the store for a full refund.
