Sector Plan Updates on Town Hall Agenda

At Monday night's town hall meeting, the council will review the revised sector plan.

Fred Boyd of the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission will review the newest version of the sector plan before the council opens up the floor for public appearances. The plan was revised earlier in the month.

The council will have time to review the plan before the planning board holds a public hearing on the plan on April 28.

In addition, council members will discuss several resolutions, including resolutions confirming made by the mayor to the board of supervisors of elections and to the town ethics commission. The council will also introduce the Town Operating and Capital Budget Ordinance for Fiscal Year 2012 in order to set a public hearing on the matter.
