Town Council Will Discuss Ethics, Middle School in Tonight's Meeting

At tonight's meeting, the Town Council will hold a public hearing on the adoption of new ethics rules and receive a briefing on the proposed new middle school in Kensington.

The Council will hear from the public on an ordinance that would bring Kensington up to speed with state-mandated ethics law revisions, and a representative from Montgomery County Public Schools will brief the administration on the at Rock Creek Hills Park.

Before the council meeting, there will be an organizational session in which council members will be sworn in and assigned to committees, along with other tasks, Town Manager Sanford Daily said.
