What Amenities Do You Want from Konterra?

Under the current draft of the Kensington Sector Plan, Konterra can only build a 75-foot building on its property if it provides amenities

The developer has to gather the community's ideas on what those public benefits might be.

But in the meantime, what would you like to see come out of the process? A railway crossing? Open space? New crosswalks? Perhaps even the much-maligned clock tower?
