Synopsis: Webmaster urges voters to write in candidates in whom they believe,
even if those candidates were defeated in primary voting. He discusses what
primaries do/do not accomplish. As exemplars, he urges those who supported
Heather Mizeur (for Governor of Maryland) and/or Phil Andrews (for Montgomery
County Executive) to write those names in when they vote - either via early voting
or when they go to the polls on November 4, 2014.
