As stated on www.explorehoward.com
Do you have a child that attends or attended Reservoir High School? Do you have any questions or concerns about the school? Well, if you do, I urge you to attend a very important meeting at Reservoir Wednesday, Jan. 19 starting at 7 p.m. in the school cafeteria. This meeting was requested by the Reservoir PTSA and the Gator African American Parents Association. The meeting will be with Board of Education members and other top administrators for the county's school system. They requested an open community meeting based on concerns by parents of Reservoir on several issues. One main focus will be the high rate of teacher turnover at the school and their experience. They will also discuss student suspension rates and achievement. However, the main reason for this meeting is for community members to discuss any concerns they have. If you have a child at the school, I strongly urge you to attend this meeting. We all want what is best for our children and this meeting will give you a chance to discuss what that is. Please make sure you are there. This would include any alum of the school that might want to share their experiences as well.
