When Does Winter Storm Warning Start for County?
Prince George's County is in the path of another strong winter storm, according to the National Weather Service.

The seemingly endless cycle of rain, sleet and snow continues with the region now expecting up to 8 inches of snow by Thursday night, according to forecasts.
The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Warning for parts of Maryland, including Prince George’s County, beginning at midnight and lasting until Thursday at 9 p.m.

The new storm system is expected to deliver 4-8 inches of snow to the area.
Cities included in the winter storm warning are Washington, D.C., and Annapolis, plus Anne Arundel and Prince George’s counties.

During the storm, Prince George’s County will see rain change to a wintry mix around midnight, then all snow through Thursday evening. The Weather Service says the heaviest snow will fall Thursday morning through the afternoon.
Significant amounts of snow are forecast that will make travel dangerous, the Weather Service says. Only travel in an emergency.
The one bright spot: An expected high in the low 50s by Monday.
