• Charging Docs: The kidnapping case which started at a Rhode Island Chuck E. Cheese ends in Overlea (wmar2news.com) — A high-speed police pursuit tied to a Rhode Island kidnapping passed through Middle River, starting near Eastern Avenue and Route 43 before continuing toward Overlea. Baltimore County officers and state police aviation tracked the car from Middle River-area roads into Gunpowder Falls State Park and back out, ultimately using stop sticks and a K-9 to safely recover the two young children and arrest the parents.
