• Councilman Marks to introduce legislation requiring posting of warehouse proposals (nottinghammd.com) — A controversial warehouse project in Middle River’s Wilson Point neighborhood has prompted Councilman David Marks to propose new rules forcing large warehouse developers to post public notices on-site before county review. The bill targets projects over 50,000 square feet that seek process exemptions and also orders a broader review of Baltimore County’s limited exemption laws. The council will take up the measure in September.
