O'Shea Players perform for MCPS Superintendent's Performing Arts Award Gala
Watkins Mill O'Shea Players honored
Every spring, MCPS recognizes the outstanding achievements of Montgomery County high school seniors in dance and theatre at the annual Superintendent's Performing Arts Awards Gala.
Each year, graduating seniors are nominated by their teachers and awards are presented by Superintendent Starr. Several schools are chosen to perform "spotlights" which highlight their dance and theatre programs.
This year, Watkins Mill's O'Shea Players were honored to attend the Gala and perform "Sit Down You're Rocking the Boat" from their spring musical of "Guys and Dolls.
