A good family friend of mine recently purchased a new construction home out in New Market, MD. As beautiful as the house is (http://bit.ly/1eeafoA), they now have the daunting task of decorating the place. A big, blank, empty slate.
It got me to thinking; who wants to decorate a house like it's 2003? Not me. So, I decided to research what's new in home design this year in attempts to help her out. And let me tell you, I found Plenty! Based off my internet R&D -- here are my favorite home interior design trends so far in 2013.
