• Montgomery County lowers speed limits on dozens of roads. Here's where (wjla.com) — North Kensington drivers should note that Spruell Drive is among the neighborhood streets where Montgomery County has recently lowered speed limits as part of its Vision Zero safety push. Dozens of other residential roads and several major corridors across the county are also seeing reductions, along with new traffic-calming features like speed humps and curb extensions planned or installed to cut serious crashes.
