The 4th Annual Passion for Food and Wine Prepares to Excite the Palate to Benefit the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation of Maryland
Passion for Food and Wine will feature some of Baltimore's elite chefs for an interactive dining experience.
The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation of Maryland hosts its 4th Annual Passion for Food and Wine fundraiser. This glamorous event stars some of Baltimore’s elite chefs, who have come together as part of this interactive dining experience, to showcase their most exquisite dishes, paired with fine wines from the private cellars of the Foundation’s friends from across the country. This sensory adventure opens with a cocktail reception featuring Baltimore’s favorite mixologists, succulent hors d’oeuveres, along with a wine and food inspired silent auction. Hosted in an intimate and exclusive setting, this dining experience will highlight a different chef, menu and décor at each table, with a breathtaking view of Baltimore’s Inner Harbor. This years featured chefs include: Bryan Voltaggio of Aggio/Volt, Sergio Vitale of Aldo’s, Daniel Alvarez & Carlos Gomez of Apropoe’s, Eiji Takase of Azumi, Matt Jaffe of the Capital Grille, Chris Becker & Jason Lear of Cunningham’s, Tim Dyson of Dooby’s, Michael Correll of Fleet Street Kitchen, Chad Gauss of The Food Market, Oliver Beckert of Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore, Michael Everd of Ouzo Bay, Matt Ellis of Roy’s Hawaiian Fusion, Jerry Pellegrino & Amy von Lange of Schola, Cyrus Keefer of 13.5% Wine Bar, Zack Mills of Wit & Wisdom, Spike Gjerde and Patrick “Opie” Crooks of Woodberry Kitchen, and Jonah Kim of Yona.

Over the past 4 years, Passion for Food and Wine has raised over $500,000 to benefit the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation of Maryland.
