BARCS will be at Petco Parkville, 7615 Harford Road, Parkville, MD 21234, on Sunday, February 28th from 12 pm until 3 pm! We will have adoptable dogs and cats so you should come out and find your new furever friend! Adoption fees waived, $10.00 microchip and $10.00 city license (if applicable), standard adoption procedures apply. We hope to see you there!!!
