Amazon Offers Baltimore Restaurant Delivery Service
Baltimore restaurants like Amiccis, Donna's, Thai Landing and more than 50 others are set to offer delivery through Amazon.
Baltimore is reportedly the first city on the East Coast where Amazon is launching its one-hour restaurant delivery service, open to Amazon Prime customers.
“We’re excited to offer Amazon Prime customers a fast and convenient way to enjoy some of the city’s best restaurants without having to drive or take a water taxi,” Amazon Restaurants General Manager Gus Lopez said in a statement. “Baltimore’s vibrant mix of neighborhoods has created an equally vibrant food scene.”
Restaurants in 10 zip codes in and around the downtown area are participating in the service, part of the “Prime Now” program. To find out whether a zip code is participating, visit amazon.com/primenow.

The restaurant delivery service comes less than a year after Amazon expanded its same-day delivery service to Baltimore; that option became available to select zip codes in March.
For both, customers must be Amazon Prime members. Prime members pay a $99 annual fee and have access to other services such as streaming videos and music as well as free shipping.
