On Tuesday, August 24, a crash occurred just before 9 p.m. at the intersection of Honeygo Boulevard and Mercantile Road. The deadly crash happened as a vehicle attempted to make a left-hand turn eastbound onto Mercantile in front of a motorcyclist traveling northbound on Honeygo. 30-year-old Ryan March, who was driving the motorcycle at the time of the crash, died from the injuries he sustained in the collision. No other injuries were reported at the scene. This remains an open investigation.
