On Friday, October 29, at 6:00 p.m., Baltimore County officers responded to an area behind the 1200 block of Stamford Rd., 21207, in reference to a call for shots fired. When officers arrived on the scene, they located one person fatally shot. The victim has been identified as 23-year-old Christopher Brooks of the 600 block of Brisbane Rd., 21229.
