“There is no admission fee for Howl O’Ween Fest because the overall goal for the event is to come together with the community, and to get pets adopted,” said Tami Gosheff, MDSPCA special events and outreach manager. “Community members can help raise money for homeless pets at the Maryland SPCA by shopping at the craft tables and purchasing food.”

Parking is available on the street and throughout Hampden. A limited amount of parking will be available on the Maryland SPCA grounds for $10 per car.
