I-83 Crash Jams Traffic for Downtown-Bound Drivers
The Jones Falls Expressway was temporarily shut down in one direction as a result of crash.
All southbound lanes of I-83 were closed briefly Sunday morning due to a crash near the Pepsi sign, the Baltimore Office of Emergency Management reported.
I-83 south was completely shut down at 10:40 a.m., according to the report.
By 11 a.m., the left lane had reopened while the two right lanes remained closed, officials said.
