Maryland Film Festival Workshop on Film/Video Color Grading

Free Workshop at Maryland Film Festival Sponsored by Chesapeake Systems

Aspiring filmmakers and videographers who want to make their work look like films such as Collateral or The Bourne Ultimatum can attend a free workshop on film/video color grading at the Maryland Film Festival. The one-hour session will take place at 12 noon, Saturday, May 7, at the Panel Tent located at the Festival’s Tent Village (across the street from the Charles Theatre at 1711 N. Charles Street, Baltimore, MD). The interactive demo will be conducted by Luis Sierra, an experienced “colorist” from New York City who is now Director of Training Services for Hampden-based Chesapeake Systems, a leading provider of Mac support for creative professionals and the professional film/video/animation industry. Luis will show participants how to give films and videos a certain look that sets them apart from others utilizing Apple’s Color program. More information can be found at http://www.md-filmfest.com/
