Freedom from Smoking
A Free Program to Help People Stop Smoking and Improve Their Health

According to the American Lung Association, smoking can cause cancer, heart disease, pulmonary disease, stroke, diabetes and other preventable conditions.
Doctors Community Hospital’s Freedom from Smoking Program is designed to help people during their journeys toward smoke-free and healthier living. This free eight-week program provides participants with in-depth information, reliable resources, interactive discussions, guest speakers and support services - all within a
nurturing and compassionate environment at Doctors Community Hospital.
CHOOSE FROM EITHER EIGHT-WEEK SESSION:
First Session: March 2 - April 20, 2016, 6:00 - 7:30 p.m.
Second Session: May 4 - June 22, 2016, 6:00 - 7:30 p.m.

If you, friends or family members want to gain freedom from smoking, please join the Freedom from Smoking Program at Doctors Community Hospital. Free blood pressure screenings and carbon monoxide level monitoring
will be provided.
