I have excellent references and would love to speak with you if you have something available. Am also able to trade help with household projects for part of the cost as well if that's amenable to you. (I just can't do heavy stuff like shoveling snow, etc., due to back problems. However, I could help you locate such help, and other services, if that would be useful.) A housesitting arrangement would also be great.

I recently moved back to the area to help my mom downsize (have completed that) and remain near her going forward, so I'm trying to find an economical priced place to live in this vicinity while I rebuild my business here and then get my own place. Meanwhile, I have part-time work at JHU/ Hospital, UMB, NDMU. Need non-smoking environment near lightrail and my mom (she's in the Rodgers Forge area), so basically anywhere near/ along the light rail vicinity from essentially Charles Village or Hampden up through Rodgers Forge, Towson, Timonium, etc., all the way up to Cockeysville or even Hunt Valley.
