Grand Jury Indicts 6 Officers in Freddie Gray Case

Baltimore City State's Attorney Marilyn Mosby announced findings Thursday.

A grand jury has indicted six officers involved in the case of Freddie Gray, the 25-year-old Baltimore man who died in police custody April 19.

The Baltimore City Police officers were indicted on charges ranging from second-degree depraved heart murder to misconduct in office, according to Baltimore City State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby, who said the indictments were handed down Thursday.

The officers will be arraigned July 2, Mosby said during a Thursday press conference.
