Mom's Organic Market in Hampden Robbed with Note: Police

Officials ask for help identifying suspect who allegedly robbed the grocery store at the Rotunda, then got into a taxi cab.

BALTIMORE, MD — Mom's Organic Market at the Rotunda was robbed Monday morning, according to the Baltimore Police Department.

At 11:42 a.m., a stocky, balding white man with light-colored eyes passed a note to a cashier demanding money, police said.

Once he took the money, the suspect was seen getting into a Checker cab outside the store in the 700 block of West 40th Street, according to police.

The suspect was described as 6'1" to 6'4" and stocky.
